Technical Description
The Euromilling Windsifter operates on the principle of air classification, using a powerful airflow to separate lighter particles from heavier ones. The process begins by feeding wood chips or pellets into the windsifter, where a high-speed fan generates an upward air stream. This stream lifts the lighter particles, such as dust and fines, away from the heavier wood chips or pellets, which fall to the bottom due to gravity. Heavier particles like metal and stones fall to the outlet of the windsifter, ensuring they are effectively removed from the final product. The adjustable air velocity and precision-engineered sifting mechanisms ensure optimal separation efficiency. Built with durable materials and designed for easy maintenance, the Euromilling Windsifter offers consistent performance and longevity, making it an essential component in any wood processing operation.
