Roller mill
Process plant description:
The mud is pumped into the grinding chamber and passes the carbide-coated rotor where the sludge is pulverized. When the machine is running, the product is crushed between the fixed segments and the rotor. The crushed product passes through the sieve ready for further processing.
Mud mill
Application:
The mud mill crushes stones and particles that are produced during the drilling process. The mud contains crushed stone pieces from sediments which during drilling for oil are transported with the mud from drilling while processed in the well. The mud can contain pollutive and oily substances.
